Librarians wear many hats, but who thought one of them would be printer repair? Kim Priest from Mary Cotton Public Library in Sabetha, Kansas was pleased to find a website that sells color printer parts AND provided phone support. Doc Jams offers free limited online and phone support and if you happen to be in Madison, Wisconsin you’re eligible for onsite repair with same day service. Priest discovered another website to help with their color printing needs, Xerox. They are giving away printers, but there's a catch. The program asks that you submit a monthly usage report and purchase all ink and maintenance kits through them. Visit FreeColorPrinters.com for more information.
